Ideally, you should make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. However, MCO Luxury Transportation knows that travel plans can change at the last minute, and makes every effort to honor last minute requests.

Most noteworthy, our chauffeurs wait at the meet-and-greet areas in airports upon customer request. However, you can request a curbside pickup if you wish.

Is your flight delayed?.

In the event, if your flight delayed, we can make accommodations. In addition, we have an automated system that checks for delays and gate changes. However, if you’ve made flight changes, please share the new flight details with us at least three hours in advance. As a result, we track all flight status.

Yes, we are fully equipped to handle large corporate events such as, office excursions, and delegations. Of course, We provide safe, comfortable and reliable transportation to and from train and bus stations, parking areas and corporate facilities. consequently, we would provide a fully comfortable services.

 

Your driver may need to take toll roads or bridges to get you quickly to your destination. In addition, You will get a full information about and you will get the bill for all expenses incurred on the trip.

 

Yes, you do unless you want to save it and request an outside pick up. In an outside pickup, a driver waits for you outside the airport terminal. After you collect your luggage and are ready to come out, you call us and the car comes to the pickup area.

 

Yes, you can if it’s a round trip. A round trip is when a driver takes you somewhere, waits for you, and brings you back. Going back on a different date is not considered a round trip.

 

Due to, MCO Luxury Transportation asks customers to cancel their reservations at least 24 hours in advance, Cancellations made later than this will result in a cancellation fee. Please review the Policy above.
